2024 Benefit Report: A year of growth, purpose, and impact

Every year, we release our Annual Benefit Report as part of our commitment to being a Certified B Corporation. But more than that, it's our chance to reflect on how we're living our values, advancing our purpose, and showing up for our people, partners, and planet.

Our purpose at thinkPARALLAX is simple but powerful: to inspire fresh perspectives on sustainable business transformation. In a world where change is constant and urgently needed, this purpose has never felt more relevant. Our mission — to be the strategic, creative partner that helps companies define, deepen, and amplify their positive impact — is what drives us every day.

For thinkPARALLAX, 2024 was a pivotal year, both for the world and for our business. As sustainability expectations evolve, so does our work — growing in ambition, reach, and impact. We’ve doubled down on our environmental strategy, invested in our team and culture, and continued to partner with some of the world’s most influential brands to move the needle on sustainability. We’re proud of what we’ve achieved — and even prouder of how we achieved it. 

In 2024, 12 of our team members volunteered with local organizations across the country, from San Diego, California, to Buffalo, New York. Through our birthday donation program, team members also directed support to causes they care about, including Barn Sanctuary, Moms First, the Cycle Effect, and the Pasadena Humane Emergency Wildfire Relief Fund, among many others.

We also continued to use our Perspectives Space — our Encinitas office and after-hours venue — as a hub for community connection. This year, we hosted dozens of events: from breathwork and yoga classes to art workshops, writing clubs, and nonprofit gatherings. Our walls remained a canvas for artists to showcase their work and unique perspectives.
